The contrive rotates round a widowed housewife (Mary-Louise Parker) from an affluent California suburb who becomes her neighborhood's marijuana trader to make finishes meet. The name is a play on phrases, mentioning to a commonly-used slang period for marijuana. It furthermore mentions to the inclination of American suburbs to augment rapidly and pervasively, with the houses and their inhabitants being nearly as similar as weeds.
